Dallas D. Jones
Mr. Jones is the Chair of the firm's Workers' Compensation section. He is experienced in every phase of workers' compensation claims, from the hearing level through appellate level to the Nebraska Supreme Court. The firm's volume of workers' compensation work requires Mr. Jones to travel extensively throughout the state conducting discovery and handling hearings.In addition to his work in the Workers' Compensation area, Mr. Jones spends considerable time advising employers on related employment law issues.
