Jill Gradwohl Schroeder
Ms. Schroeder focuses her practice in workers' compensation and coordination of benefits with Medicare. Her litigation and appellate experience as a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Nebraska serves as valuable background for effective representation of our clients.
She advises private businesses and governmental entities on claims arising under the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Act and the Medicare Secondary Payer Act. She has a special interest in evaluating and responding to potential obligations of employers, insurers,and injured parties when Medicare may have an interest in the claim. She also is closely monitoring developments with the new Mandatory Insurer Reporting requirements.
