Stephanie Frazier Stacy
Ms. Stacy's civil litigation practice focuses on defense of personal injury and wrongful death cases, and insurance coverage disputes with a particular emphasis on defending against claims of bad faith.
Ms. Stacy also serves as a consultant to insurance carriers and self insureds on a variety of topics including selection and retention of outside counsel, establishing best practices in claims handling and Medicare Secondary Payor issues affecting personal injury claims.
For several years, Ms. Stacy, has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nebraska College of Law in the area of Pretrial Litigation, instructing students on the rules of pleading and discovery, litigation strategy and deposition technique.
