Donald R. Witt
Mr. Witt, a member of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers, focuses his practice on tort and estate litigation. His area of concentration includes cases involving auto accidents, premises and products liability, and legal malpractice. He handles a variety of agriculture-related claims such as defective farm equipment injuries and negligent application of pesticides.
For many years, Mr. Witt has devoted a significant portion of his practice to representing clients in family law matters. He practices in the firm's Lincoln and Syracuse offices.
