Mr. Zink handles individual and group workers' compensation claims, including those resulting from toxic or asbestos exposure. He draws on his extensive medical knowledge acquired from medical-legal work in evaluating and defending medical malpractice claims on behalf of physicians, hospitals, and their insurers.

Mr. Zink coordinates and supervises the firm's Workers' Compensation section, including attorneys, legal assistants, and other support staff. Under Mr. Zink's direction, this practice group has built the firm's personnel and computer resources into an efficient mechanism for processing workers' compensation and employment cases of varying complexities.

In addition to workers' compensation claims, Mr. Zink also handles employment matters involving the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family Medical Leave Act. Mr. Zink also served as an adjunct professor in legal writing at the University of Nebraska College of Law.
