Jarrod S. Boitnott
Jarrod values the chance early in his career to be a judicial clerk for Nebraska Supreme Court Justice William M. Connolly. The clerkship enhanced his analytical and writing skills, and taught him litigation from the appellate perspective. His research and writing are still the centerpiece of his success in obtaining summary judgments. Jarrod is a proud graduate of the University of Nebraska and its law school where he was a member of the Nebraska Law Review. He is from Hebron, Nebraska, where he grew up playing sports and assisting his parents and brother in the operation of the family-owned grocery store. He still hunts quail on the home turf and possesses more than a passing interest in everything about Nebraska football. Juris Doctor, University of Nebraska College of Law, with distinction, 1995 Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, University of Nebraska, Lincoln, 1991 Admitted to practice in: State of Nebraska; United States District Court, District of Nebraska Professional Affiliations
