Christopher M. Ferdico
Mr. Ferdico has extensive litigation and appellate experience in the areas of personal injury, premises liability and products liability. Mr. Ferdico also handles a wide variety of felony and misdemeanor criminal defenses. His experience in criminal law often complements his tort defense litigation practice. Mr. Ferdico has tried cases in courts throughout Nebraska and has been admitted pro hac vice as lead trial counsel in courts in Iowa and Arkansas. He represents individuals, businesses and political subdivisions. Mr. Ferdico's legal education, which emphasized trial advocacy, insurance and constitutional law, and his editorial experience on the Creighton Law Review, enhance the firm's extensive litigation practice.
Mr. Ferdico is a long serving member of the Nebraska Army National Guard. He has served a peacekeeping tour in Kosovo and a combat tour in Iraq, both as an Armor officer. In 2005 he was appointed to the Judge Advocate General Corps and serves as a JAG in the areas of Operational Law, Soldier Assistance, Criminal Defense and Administrative Law.
