Jarrod Crouse’s practice focuses on a wide range of litigation including commercial matters involving real estate, condemnation, contract disputes, and unsettled trusts and estates. Jarrod also handles the defense of negligence cases with an emphasis on accidents involving commercial motor carriers. Jarrod’s clients range from individuals and small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Crouse is a graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law. He is a member of the Nebraska State and Lincoln Bar Associations. He is also a member of the NSBA Executive Council and current chair of the Nebraska Young Lawyers Section.
Andrea Snowden’s civil litigation practice focuses on defending personal injury cases, with special emphasis on premises liability for clients in the retail and hospitality industries. Her practice also encompasses defending professional liability claims, product liability claims and litigating insurance coverage disputes, including defending against claims of bad faith. She also devotes a portion of her practice representing clients in family law matters. Snowden is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law. She is a member of the Nebraska State and Lincoln Bar Associations, the Defense Research Institute Retail and Hospitality and Insurance Law Committees and the Nebraska Defense Counsel Association Amicus Curiae Committee.
Julie Karavas’ practice includes business and commercial law, charitable organizations, estate planning and probate, succession planning for family businesses and agriculture operations, and employment law. She also has extensive knowledge in taxation law and drafting of legislation. Karavas received her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law and a Masters of Laws in Taxation (LLM) from the University of Denver. She is a member of the American, Nebraska State and Lincoln Bar Associations. She is the Chair of the NSBA Business Law Section, a member of the NSBA Legislation Committee, and active member of the Lincoln Estate Planning Council and the Lincoln Probate Discussion Group.
