Estate Planning Attorney, Andrew M. Loudon, will be presenting a two-part series titled, “When is Probate a Dirty Word” as part of Ropers and Sons Community Outreach Program. Mr. Loudon will discuss probate avoidance techniques using revocable living trusts, beneficiary designations, proper ownership of assets and Transfer of Death designations. He will also explain how probate can benefit an estate plagued with creditor issues. The events are free to the public.

WHEN:
Part one of the series will be a general overview of probate on Thursday, January 19th at 7:30 a.m. (morning).

Part two will be a more in-depth discussion and will take place Tuesday, January 24th at 6:30 p.m. (evening).
