Jenny’s practice allows her to work with a variety of clients, from large businesses to individuals. The majority of Jenny’s practice consists of handling workers’ compensation cases for employers, specifically in large production settings. It would not be unusual for her professional attire to include a hard hat and steel-toed boots when visiting work areas on clients’ premises. Many of the cases she handles involve claims of complex, repetitive trauma injuries.
Jenny also provides advice to employers on compliance with federal immigration law. She advises businesses on proper completion of required federal forms and handling specific situations regarding undocumented workers.
Jenny works part of her week at Baylor Evnen’s office in Syracuse Nebraska, the town where she also resides. She serves as a facilitator for clients in Syracuse and the surrounding area to conveniently access the full range of services offered by all the Baylor Evnen attorneys. A self-described farm girl from Table Rock, Nebraska, Jenny is pleased to be able to serve clients in Nebraska’s smaller communities and is active in local business activities.
Outside of her law practice, Jenny and her husband are raising three active young sons. Jenny enjoys NASCAR racing, photography, scrap-booking, researching family history and, surprising to many people, heavy metal music.
