Amanda is a member of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group. Her practice includes Iowa and Nebraska workers’ compensation defense and family law. She has successfully argued cases at trial and before the Iowa and Nebraska Court of Appeals. Amanda grew up in southwest Nebraska and is a graduate of Hastings College and Creighton University School of Law. Prior to joining Baylor Evnen, Amanda practiced in-house for a Fortune 500 insurance company and at a private law firm in Omaha, Nebraska.
Amanda is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association’s Publications Committee – which is responsible for editorial control and oversight of the production of the Nebraska State Bar Association monthly publications for members. She also is involved in organizations that bring women in the legal community together, with the aim of empowering women in their legal practices, in their roles as business women, and in their ambitions to lead.
