Jarrod’s practice has several specific areas of concentration, including conducting fraud investigations for institutional and insurance clients and defending federal court civil rights and constitutional cases for governmental entities and agents.
Jarrod represents businesses in a variety of collections matters. His specialized approach provides clients with an alternative to traditional debt collection. His reputation for quality legal work is a result of his ability to work one-on-one with clients, handling their collections needs at all stages including pre-suit, suit and post-judgment. Jarrod puts a premium on personal relationships and works with each client to develop a personalized debt recovery plan to fit their needs.
Jarrod’s research and writing skills are the centerpiece of his success in obtaining summary judgments. These skills were well honed during his judicial clerkship for Nebraska Supreme Court Justice William M. Connolly.
He is from Hebron, Nebraska, where he grew up playing sports and assisting his parents and brother in the operation of the family-owned grocery store. Jarrod still hunts quail on the home turf and possesses more than a passing interest in everything about Nebraska football.
