Mr. Schutz is a member of the firm's Litigation and Business & Commercial practice groups. His practice includes general civil litigation, insurance defense, real estate & agricultural litigation, and workers' compensation defense.
While attending the University of Nebraska College of Law, Mr. Schutz gained experience by working as a Law Clerk for Matzke and Mattoon Law Offices in Sidney, Nebraska and subsequently as a Law Clerk for Baylor Evnen. Prior to law school, Mr. Schutz received his bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of Nebraska Kearney.
Mr. Schutz grew up on a small farm southwest of Elwood, Nebraska and has a passion for just about everything related to agriculture. Mr. Schutz enjoys golf, Husker athletics, and spending time with his family and friends.
