William F. Austin

Mr. Austin has an accomplished career in Lincoln. In 1973, he became a member of the prosecution staff in the office of the City Attorney for the City of Lincoln, Nebraska. In 1975, Mr. Austin was appointed Chief Assistant City Attorney for the Civil Division. In 1979, he was appointed City Attorney for the City of Lincoln and held that position until January of 1999.

At that time, Mr. Austin joined the Lincoln office of Erickson & Sederstrom P.C. where he practiced law until joining Baylor Evnen Curtiss, Grimit & Witt, LLP in February 2014.

Mr. Austin enjoys classical music and jazz, tennis, racquetball, jogging, and biking.
